Hi Tarah Smith,

Good Day

Check under Device Manager, if your Wireless Hardware is detected in the system. Is flight mode activated?

If it is detected, try updating drivers and see if it helps,

If the hardware is not detected, proceed to next step to BIOS to check if it has been disabled.

Consider updating your laptop BIOS

Certain laptops has a wifi switch, can be either located on the side of laptop or using keyboard options.

Fn + Keys

Else if the drivers has been updated and flight mode has not been disabled, and you are not seeing any SSID, (applies to hardware wifi switch), the hardware switch might be faulty.

There is a workaround to tape the pins to use.

Please check and let us know :)
