My Asus X54H, wont power on. Power supply is working good.

My Asus X54H wont power on. Power supply is good as i used it on other laptop and its working. When i power it on, only 2 led lights remain on; 1 green led and 1 red led. pls help

I havent figured it out. The power indicator light switches on (green led) & the battery indicator light is also on (orange led). But the OS LED light does not turn on. A friend told me my HDD could be damaged and suggested to replace it.

Hi @fcaancan, is there any display output on your computer screen? If so, try follow ayeff advice to check on the HDD first :)

Hi @fcaancan

Get into BIOS on power up to check if the HDD is being detected. If not check that the HDD connection is OK
