Windows can't load correctly

HP Pavillion 23-HO56 All-in-One Desktop PC series,

My All-in-one PC fell from the table top and the glass screen is shattered, though the display is not affected. The main challenge now is that when powered, automatic repair runs and finally displays 'Windows couldn't load correctly' How can I fix this?

Hi!

You should try creating a bootable Windows drive and running Diagnostics or "Startup Repair" from there.

Also, your Hard drive might have taken a hit which is why it could be malfunctioning. If you can't log in to Windows after you try a bootable drive that's most likely the cause and you will need a new drive.
