To start Android, enter your password?

I got a software update notification and I did it, then it asked me "To start Android, enter your password"? I've put in correct password but it says incorrect and doesn't turn on my device. Help please!

There is already a thread about this here:

Updated phone and now I can't unlock it

So far the only answer is to factory reset your phone and lose all your data.

Hi!

This is an issue with all Blu phones that have been updated. As of right now, the only workaround is a factory reset. Here's how to do that, please note that that will wipe all your data.
