iPhone 6s won't turn on at all after screen replaced, tried everything

After a screen replacement my iPhone 6s won't turn on. I've tried everything I could think of to get the phone working again. Tried the Home+Power button trick, tried the hairdryer trick, I left it on charge for days and it doesn't power on, I bought a new battery and that didn't fix it. Edit: I should have also mentioned it doesn't charge or be recognised by iTunes. Please help! Thanks so much in advance.

Did you try unplugging both the battery and screen, then after a minute plug the battery in then the screen?

The 6s screen replacement is a bit tricky as before starting the job one has to be 100% sure to have disconnected the battery, even before starting disconnecting the screen cables.

If that has not been done, that might be your culprit, as it's relatively easy to accidentally short

some lcd/digitizer pins and kill some component in the process.

maybe the new screen itself is the problem , try to connect other screen , or connect your old screen if its working

Can a bad screen really stop the phone from turning on at all and not be recognised by iTunes or charge? That's surprising.
