Front glass was changed out after phone was thrown off a car, glitches

Phone has glitches in sensitivity on newly replaced screen what else can be done?

There are two possibilities here. The first is that you have a poor quality replacement screen. The second is that your phone sustained a lot of damage from it's little flight through space :>). The logic board may have been damaged, causing touch/screen issues.

You could try to re-install your original, cracked screen if it is nominally working. If the glitchiness is still there, then you have a logic board issue. This may or may not be repairable by a micro-solderer.
