blank screen, after the Apple icon shows for 5 sec

Hi guys,

PLEASE HELP.

After replacing the power button, my Iphone showed the apple icon for 3 min. I've pressed both(power button and home) buttons for 10 sec. and the screen showed "connect to itunes image". Then I tried to restore it, but the screen shut off after 3 min.

I've tried everything to get the screen of the iphone working but nothing works. Even reassembled the iphone again. It helped: showed the apple icon for only 5 sec.

What am I doing wrong? The battery is 4.1 volt. Is it the motherboard?

Check your battery contacts aren't flattened, check connector 4 again.

When you restore are you getting an error message from iTunes? Click details when it fails...

Thanks for your answers.

I've reassembled 5 times and everytime the Apple icons shows only for 5 sec. I've made sure all connectors were ok. The golden spots on the mainboard, when assembled showed 4.1 volt on the multimeter.

Is it maybe the battery?

Hold down the home button and then connect to iTunes... It'll ask you to restore, tell us what error code ( if you get one) then we might be able to help. It will pop up can't restore- click show details, errror code is at the end. The battery has a healthy voltage, so your problem isn't likely to be there. I know youvereassembled 5 times but have you cleaned/inspected the connections.... One teeny bit of dirt or a bent pin and no worky iPhone

Got finally working but now I get error 20 and 1015 and after 10 min. it's shut off again. The Iphone is slightly warm. Is this thermal shutdown?
