I don't think the 6s plus suffers from touch disease. The touch IC is integrated with the screen on the 6s models.
Most likely the screen is faulty.

Is it the same for the 6Plus? I read a lot of information and people claims its the chips on the motherboard itself and not the screen/digitizer
The iPhone 6 and 6 plus have the Cumulous / Touch IC chip on the logic board.
