2 It got wet and won't turn on. Can I fix this?
My dad's ipod touch got wet for a couple seconds and now it won't turn on at all. Is there a way to fix it?

Hello, I have an iPod Classis and had it drop in the dogs water bucket and had the same thing happen. I called Apple and they asked me to look at the top of the iPod in the microphone hole and see if it was Orange. Sure enough It was. They said the iPod had tripped an "immersion" program and would not restart until it was sent to them and reprogrammed. Try as I may, I could not get it to work so it was sent to Apple for cleaning and reprogramming. It was returned in new condition. The cost was $139.00.
