Pc beeps fan turns but won't turn on
I recently cleaned my pc after which when I try to turn it on it won't.
It deeps once and cpu fans turn on for a second but that's it.
Does not even go to boot screen.
I tried turning it on with just the essentials but still same thing happens.
I did a bios reset but still same result.
Pretty sure all the cables are in the correct place and psu is good.
Is this a good question?

How did you clean the PC? Using a can of air is best and use vacuum cleaner edge tool to clean dust from the chassis but not the system board. Never use damp cloth on the electronics.
