95 accord v6 my running lights wont turn off, i need find an easy way to find the wires something is causibg them to melt making positive and negitive to touch and them stay on, not sure why the fuse doesnt pop. Stumps me and makes me feel even dummer that i dont understand wiring at all now a days ;( i cant follow them all the way up easily

Its not the brake, its the running lights, months ago the wires all melted causing this and now its happened again but i dont see the wires melted in the area as i did before meaning its deeper??
