What's causing these verticle lines?

I have faint lines that appear when there is text, menus or straight lines in the image.
Any ideas what's causing the issue and if it's repairable?
Here is a photo of the issue of that helps

The issue with the lines could be a bad panel, bad TAB or bad T-con board. We do need to see a bit more of what you are seeing.
