55" no picture, Back cover removed

Sound but no pic. Removed back cover, fuse ok. I unplug wire from av connection board that goes to power board and screen will light up but that's all I get. Any ideas?

No, no blinking of any kind. I did have a blue led on a board, but not anymore. The model is UN55H6350AF.
