Scroll down and tap About phone. It's in the "System" section. Google the model number.

Go to Settings --> About Phone.

The model likely is written there.

@ethicsdj don't yell at me. Yell at the phone manufacturer or AT&T for providing wrong info.

IF you just get the IMEI, you can lookup your phone info from.

http://www.imei.info/

All phone IMEI are internationally available as public information.

Hi @ethicsdj ,

Here is a link showing all the ZTE models offered by Qlink Wireless.

Looking at the User Manuals for the phones they all concur with what @avanteguarde has said. To find the model number go to Settings > About Phone > Model Number.

If it is not there in your case do as is suggested above.

People these days. Expect us to know everything...

Ha. Ha. Ha.

The model number is almost always printed where the battery compartment is on a label.

Might be ZTE T816 or something like that with the 15 digit IMEI number near it.

Take the battery out. I found it behind the battery. Just pry the back cover off.

Model number should be printed on your phone battery or else you can easily look it up based on your IMEI using this site: imeitrackeronline.com

I was sent a ZTE from Safelink and unless and until I activate it ... I cant get into the phone to go to Settings or anything else ... the problem is ... I dont know if I want to activate it until I know something ... anything about it ... I understand the military has banned the use due to security related issues back last year ... so that doesnt really excite me much about using it ... so ... after saying all that ... I wanted to say thanks for the information about finding the model number on the battery ... I never knew or forgot about that ... thanks again
