Mi tablet no enciende, hace como que la pc la va a reconocer pero dice que no reconoce el dispositivo usb,carga la bateria porque medi y tiene sus 3,7v, pero se calienta un IC cuando la pongo a cargar

al conectarla al cargador aparece el rayo? de ser así revisa el botón de encendido y también carga el firmware
