Fresh water damage , what is this shorted component

Hi all , someone has brought me an iPhone 6S which they dropped in fresh water , it is not seen by iTunes when plugged in ,

The battery seems good , I have charged it with another device .

The board seems in very good condition with the only sign of corrosion was here , (see photo)

The component with the arrow pointing to it goes to ground both sides , I'm having trouble with my network at home and can't open my zxw tools to find out what component that is .

I have been testing the PP3V0 line which is missing around the area in the photo tracing back to FL3125 i have 3 v but C3125 i have 1.8 v ??

why would this be ?

Thanks for the info , i have now finally got my internet sorted , i removed that cap but the pad still leads to ground , looking at zxw tools , that line only goes to pin 8 and 9 of U5411_RF and to L5043_RF would that mean U5411_RF could be damaged , .

both sides of L5043_RF go to ground , so do L5400_RF , The under fill is making it difficult to check the rest ,
