constantly switch sides that work , what can I do?

hello,

my cloud I headphones worked fine for like 6 months and then suddenly it had sound only on 1 side (left) and then it worked fine, and at the same day back to broken state, i tired all kind of driver updates etc. and it has like double sound on the left ear when I tet it. any soultions?
