Needle and baffle in carburetor

I am having the same problem now. My 49cc is bored over to an 80. My coil wire to my spark plug broke,i replaced coil,and plug. Prior to this it ran fine could get 42-45 mph no problem. I put new coil and plug it starts won't idle, and won't go over 10mph. I put oup on kickstand and it winds up one time and the next throttle twist it won't do anything. I pulled the intake hose off carb and found the baffle and needle were sticking. Any ideas on an easy fix?
