One side now does not 'click in'

On my daughters FitBit Alta one side now does not 'click' in to the electronic face which means it is not secure when on her wrist. Can this be repaired? We are in Melbourne. please advise.

Options

One of the sockets in which the Fitbit interface 'clicks in' might be broken or the rubber might be lose.
