Won't turn on not even a single light

Hi. I was swimming at a friends and we were tossing the camera to one another and the camera hit the cement and broke open the case. My friend dived into the pool and gave me the go pro then I tore the battery out. Then I put it in rice for 3 days and the camera still won't turn on. Not even a light. When I got it out of the water it was freaking out and beeping.

Please help. The gopro was a gift.
