My Yoga Book can't charge

Last night, I charged my Yoga Book. It charges with a super slow speed. This morning when I woke up, my Yoga Book show "Plugged in, not charging". It's now totally died and can't be turned on. This issue happened many times before and I can fix it by buying a new usb cable but now, I can't.
