Keys doesn't work everytime

Im having issues with my Asus laptop first of all i have 4 keys thats doesn't work ( e/ g/ H/ Fn) but they seem to work when i move the screen in a certain way. the seconde issu is that all my browsers crashes or stop working randomly at any time. so if you wana know my specs if its helps

ASUS ROG G741J

Windows 10 x64 (after creator update 15063.138)

I7 4720 HQ

GEforce GTX 960m
