My nerf megs mastodon didn't shoot when purchased new
I have a nerf n strike mega mastodon gun, new, and it won't shoot... what may be the problem?

@gumdrop, Roberta, If new return the Nerf Gun as defective while you can for replacement/refund. May have missing internal parts or not assembled correctly from manufacturer. If not able to return, check link below for your model may find a guide for disassembly enabling you to repair or do a search for your model as there is some good guides out there also. Good luck. There is a sliding hatch above magazine to clear jams - BUT this hatch MUST be closed for the gun to spin up & fire.
