lights on 1 1/2 are out, ant the other side are dim.

Had same problem with Model WRF990SLAM02.

Now lights on 1 1/2 are out, ant the other side are dim.

How would I find out if there has been a recall?

I've had to replace bulbs on many different models of refrigerators. Perhaps the bulbs are just poor quality?
