iPhone 6S Plus Main Camera, 3D touch and flash light Not working

I have an iPhone 6S Plus with some issues. Main Camera and 3D touch Not working at all, flash light Not Working too. I checked the motherboard and I see sigh of water damage but everything else works fine. Do I need to replace any IC to solve this issue? What parts do I need to inspect with the microscope and test? Maybe some parts (like Resistors, Capacitors or IC) burned. I would appreciate your help. Thank you!!!

Clean the board and replace any bad components.

I cleaned the motherboard, how can I find the bad parts; I can't see any clear damage with the microscope. What parts needs to test with the multimeter; maybe a chip needs replacement or some resistors-capasitors-filters

I don't see any black components near the main camera connector

What about pins on the connector? Are those burnt a little?

no, seems it is ok. I think the problem is on the camera chip.
