Why my home,back,and setting button stop working? how to fix it?

Suddenly my button stop working? is it hardware or software? i already try reset and nothing working.Please help me.

Most likely software if the phone is on right now and the bottom 3 buttons do not respond.

Most likely software needs to be reflashed on the phone.
