Epson RX700 Print Head Clogged. How can I clean it.

How can I clean the print head of the Epson RX700. I tried to fill an old black cartridge with alcohol and ammonia. At first it recognized it and then came back with empty. Tried refilling but same response.

Try using a new ink cartridges or ones that are not empty.

In the Philippines it is commonplace for Internet Cafes to use large tanks of ink which feed the printer ink to the printer through small diameter tubes. Perhaps someone using such a system could add a comment.
