Unfortunately, Contra has stopped working

Just bought this InAndOn S900 Plus touch screen karaoke system. Was quite eager to try it out. Booted up well on first night. Downloaded K 歌 app and NDP app that came with the system. Unfortunately system hangs on booting up the next day with the error message, "Unfortunately, Contra has stopped working". Managed to go into set up by pressing F3 Uninstalled the two apps I downloaded as well as clear cache of "contra" start up. Problem became worse after that. Now can't even go into set up of system even when I boot up. Depressing function key F3 does not bring me to the set up anymore. Power on with volume control button depressed, only shows the same error message with the words "safe mode" at the left bottom corner of the screen and nothing else. The system just hangs there. What should I do? Please help!
