My sound is not working on the TV, the cable box sound works the TV so
The sound on the TV isn't working but it is working on ,y cable box. I tried the chat on the website but no ever responds. I will never buy another Panasonic product again.

@mkkmcgill what exact model is your Panasonic? Have you tried to unplugged everything that is plugged into your TV to see if you have sound then? Have you tried some headphones? Checked your menu to make sure that sound is not turned off somewhere?
I do agree with you abput Panasonic but trust me they are all the same. Vizio, Sony, LG etc. are not any better. This is what happens when we lose the independent repairer and have to rely on multinational companies for any help. Your case is just one of many that shows why we "have to fight for the right" to self repair....Sorry did not mean to rant.
