screen won't turn on after assembly, but once raised it powers on?

So I have an iPhone 6 that I'm replacing and the screen works fine when its not pressed into the body. But once I press the screen into the body it turns off. When I raise the right side of the screen a little bit to look back into the phone it turns on? I found 2 random screws in the phone (prob from previous repair) and removed them. But it didn't solve the issue.

I ended up putting a new screen on and it worked fine. Must have been the flex table. Thank you.

First thought that comes to mind is a bad LCD Flex Cable on the screen you've installed. Have you tried a new screen?
