Converted my iPhone 4 to White, now GPS doesn't work
OK so I took the plunge and bought that incredibly expensive white iPhone 4 conversion kit from that Chinese kid who was getting them from Foxconn. Everything looks very authentic.
I wish I knew about this site before I attempted to take my iPhone apart! I didn't keep good track of the screws and parts and wow, I couldn't figure out where all the screws fit back in.
Basically I just put everything back together, but with virtually no screws. I was barely able to get the back panel on, but it did fit. Everything works now except my GPS is completely broken! It still locates me in that giant blue circle, but I think it is just using Wifi locating for that.
What could I have done to break my GPS? Does it depend on having all the screws in?
Is this a good question?
