Phone shut off and won't come back on?

A customer brought in a galaxy s6 today. She said it all of a sudden went to a black screen and wouldn't come back on. So I did the normal hard reset and all of the physical button resolutions but none of them worked. Also when the device is plugged in the red and blue LED notification lights light up. And I think I saw a broken LCD underneath so I put a new LCD on and it still is not displaying an image but it is still showing the red and blue LED lights. Can anyone suggest to me a potential fix?

Options

Basically all you can do to check if it's repairable without a motherboard repair or replacement is to connect a new screen, charging port and batteri and unplug the rest. If it still shows no picture then you have to troubleshoot it on a motherboard level.
