The grinder grinds the beams, then seems to slowly attempt to make coffee (nothing comes out) then it drops to ground beans into the grounds holder. No coffee/liquid come out, though.

I had a similar problem, and solved it by turning the grinder by hand against resistance. Apparently the grinder wasn't really turning during the cycle and needed to be cleared.

my machine grinds the coffee but it does not produce any coffee it dispenses water out the little spout beside the coffee spout but that is all
