The replacement screens come with the rubber gasket that has adhesive on it so the front microphone (which is part of the front camera assembly) can stick.

one more question if you dont mind, do i need double sided tape for the touch id button or?

No. I used to put some but it altered how the button clicked. I stopped doing that.

And just making sure you're aware that you have to transfer the original home button from the original iPhone to the new screen assembly otherwise you'll loose the Touch ID function.

when i get the touch id sensor off the old screen how does it stay on the new one? does a screw hold it in place?

It falls in place and the bracket behind it holds it in place.
