doesn't give the 5v trickle

So, I have the same problem, my dad has checked my psu, and it doesn't give the 5v trickle to the motherboard, any sollutions for this?

pleas help, I need him so hard.... :/

Two things; Mohammed answer is correct if the switch is bad but you also say the PSU does not have a trickle voltage. In my case I could hear a slight click when I pressed the power button the white led would go on then off. In my case it was PSU. Check DVWarehouse for either a used or rebuilt. I think I bought a used for 70$us. Also Google repair manuals I found a PDF one online free. That's helps in removal.
