Drone camera's image not visible with iPad

Hello the drone camera is not visible within my iPad after it crashed.

It just fell out of the air without warning there should have been enough power, it was just 10 meters away from me. Now the camera does not work anymore.

Options

Sounds like the camera got damaged when it crashed. Are you able to fly it now with either the controller or via the iPad app?

Have you tried talking with DJI to see if they can help you.
