The blue cartridge won't print despite being new
The colour printing on my hip photojet is spoils because the blue cartridge is not working. The cartridge is new and I have operated the cartridge cleaning system.

If it is a new cartridge, make sure the shipping tape is removed, that would prevent the cyan ink from printing. Check the seating of the cartridge, it should fit even and flush with the other cartridges, Last, it is possible to get ink on the contacts between the cartridge and the carriage holder, this can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
