My tablet turns on but I can't use it

I keep charging the battery and every time I turn on the tablet, it shows me the logo, then it keeps showing me the same thing and I don't know how to reset it or to make it work.

Options

You can try reseting it its factory settings. Hold down the volume up and power button when tablet is turned off.
