Don't connect to PC

Ipad don't connect to PC. I change USB cable and, i tried to connect to other computer but unfortunately without successfully.

For charge also don't work the connection.

Can you help me ?

Are you running a new enough version of iTunes on the PC you want to connect to?

The iPad will not connect 'as a drive' via USB, you use iTunes to connect



sorry for my english. I will try to explain again what happen

First of all the iPad not charged with power cable. I tried also to charged and from USB computer without any other result.

I considered that is a problem sotfware and I pushed reset all data from settings . After this, on the display sowm me that is necesary to connect to PC on iTunes. I tried to connect to USB but failed.

Not a hardware problem. This is a simple MS software problem. I had the same problem with my new iPhone4. Fix is easy but need to know your Win version. If XP use this Update for Root Certificates May 2010(KB931125)

Thank you very much, but after reset the iPad, it is neccesary to connect of iTunes on the PC. Here is the problem. In iTunes application the iPad is not connected and on iPad display show picture with message: "Please connect to iTunes". I think is probably hardware problem.
