Headphones will charge, but they will not make a sound?

My headphones I've had for a year have never had any issues, never dropped them or had them around water. I'm not sure what happened, and my warranty expired. Does anybody know what I can do to fix them???

Hi,

Have you ensured that they are still paired with your audio source?

Have you tried pairing it again with either the same or a different audio source?

Have you proved that the audio source is working correctly?

What have you tried to do to make it work?

Hi there,

Have you tried to plug them in to an audio source using the aux cable? (the aux in on the headphones uses the same traces as if the bluetooth mode would.

If that works try to use the beats updater http://your.beatsbydre.com/ and try to do a firmware update /reset
