Kyle Huber, Kyle, could be a few things causing the issue transmission slipping, dirty throttle body/fuel injectors,TPS(throttle position sensor),etc best to have the vehicle scanned to see if there are trouble codes to diagnose the issue. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts, etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track. If not up to dealing with it yourself, find a good shop to have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Check the attached links, a little info. on your problem and what others have done. Good luck.
