Red Light Flashing, Won't Turn On

There is a red light flashing on the front of my son's BLU Advance 4.0L phone. It is to the left of the front camera.

The phone recently got wet, was put in rice, and turned on yesterday. The screen still looked wet inside the phone so it was returned to the rice bag in hopes of resolving issue. Today, phone will not turn on; only this red flash in front of the front camera, and the rear flash is flashing too. What should I do?

Options

Putting your phone in Rice will not Help. Chances are is that the water that was in the screen moved and is reaching other components causing your problem. Do not Charge and remove anything if possible, let air dry and cross your fingers it works again..
