What should I do if my battery won't charge?
My battery isn't accepting a charge at all, and the cable is plugged in.
Is this a good question?

If the device is not charging while the the cable is attached to both a power outlet and the charging port on the device, the battery may be fairly easily replaced by unclipping the old battery from the motherboard and replacing it with a new battery. If this does not solve your problem, you may need to replace the micro-USB port located on the motherboard which requires more work.
