replace 12hp with 14hp, both briggs

My old 42inch craftsman mower 12hp briggs engine "gave up the ghost", found a NICE 14hp briggs, that fits right in nicely , the 12hp engine has 1, two wire connection, and a One wire connection that run to relays mounted under the dash, the 14hp engine has 2, two wire leads,what to do? the only extra wire on the 14hp engine , i see, goes to bowl on bottom of carb,
