Why won’t my Bluetooth stay paired with my device?

I’m trying to transfer files from a phone to my computer but Bluetooth connection keeps failing. Why won't it stay connected?

Options

First make sure your Bluetooth is turned off. Then pair you’re your device again. Go to your desktop and right click on the Bluetooth icon. Then choose receive a file from the menu. You should be able to send your file from your phone to your Aspire now.
