Why isn’t the LED light turning on?

When I press down the trigger, the LED light is not turning on. What is going on?!

Options

The LED light may not turn on because the battery is not charged or the LED bulb could possibly be dead. Check out the Makita XPH01 troubleshooting page for more information about the LED light not working.
