Engine turns over but truck won't start.

When I try to start my truck does not get any gas. In trying to fix it I need the following information.

These are my questions:

1. Does the 2008 Dodge Ram have a fuel filter?

2, Where is the fuse for the fuel pump?

3. Where is the relay for the fuel pump?
