Can I use a MacBook Pro ssd drive inside a MacBook Air?

I have a dead Macbook Pro Retina 15" late 2013.

Do you think, I can upgrade the SSD of a 13" MacBook Air late 2010?

The port seems identical and the SSD of the MacBook Pro seems a bit smaller.

Sorry you can't use your 15" MacBook Pro's SSD in the older 13" MacBook Air. They are based on very different interface standards, besides being different sizes.

You could get a case to house your MacBook Pro's SSD so you can gain access to the files on it or use it as extra storage (backup) using this product: OWC - OWC Envoy Pro Portable USB 3.0 Enclosure for Apple Flash SSDs (June 2013-Current Mac Models)

In addition you can also upgrade your MacBook Air's SSD as well using this product: OWC - MacBook Air 11" & 13" 2010 — 2011
