Why won't the red light on my camera come on?

Hello. I have a camera and the when I turn it on the lense does not pop out and the red light doesn't turn on. I can't take pictures with it. I don't know what's wrong with it.

Hi,

Have you checked the batteries or tried replacing them and seeing if it works?
