iPhone 6 disabled, emergency call one, TOUCH id no go

Took my phone screen cracked, got moisture in it, screen began to glitch and got to the point of really bad distortion, it began to malfunction and make calls out, bring up random applications with out command. Phone became disabled. Took it to Batteries plus and paid 122, guy said the battery was swollen and strip is red verses white, he didn't want to take out the battery until we knew for certain that there was no internal issues.

Touch ID isn't working after the screen replacement. Now that screen is fixed iPhone is asking to be connected to iTunes with iPhone disabled screen, when I swipe it only gives me emergency dial pad, so I cant enter passcode for iTunes to allow sync! How do I fix this?!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Do you have a computer that has iTunes on it that you have already synced with in the past? If so then you can use that to restore through iTunes without needing to sync it again.

Otherwise follow the instructions here : https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_M...

This will put your phone into DFU mode which will allow you to restore the device through iTunes without syncing it. Once you have restore the device you should be able to set it back up.

OP: DO UPDATE FIRST, it might remove the disabled without needing to restore the phone which basically wipes anything. Use restore as last resort.
